Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Use of this site and of the services offered on it constitutes agreement to the terms of service set out below (the "Terms"). The Terms may be updated from time to time, and users of the site (the "User") should review them on every visit. Browsing the site, ordering a service or submitting details through it constitutes explicit acceptance of the Terms and an undertaking to act in accordance with them. The Terms constitute a binding contract between the User and the site's management.
1. General Clarifications
The Terms are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and refer to all genders equally. The site yallabye.co.il (the "Site") is operated by YallaBye (the "Site Management" or the "Company"). The services offered on the Site are subject to the terms set out below. Ordering a service on the Site constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read the Terms, understood them and agreed to them, and that they are of age and legally competent to enter into an agreement. A service ordered for a minor may be ordered only by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Description of the Service
The Company provides a handling service for entry visa and travel authorisation applications (visas, e-Visas, ETAs and their equivalents) for Israeli travellers. We complete the application on the customer's behalf, put it through a human review before filing, submit it to the competent authority at the destination and pass the authority's decision and the approval to the email address the customer provided. The service is a handling and filing service only. The Company is not a government body, an embassy or a consulate, does not issue visas, does not decide on their approval and does not provide legal or immigration advice. The decision to approve or refuse an application, the scope of the authorisation granted and the time it takes rest with the competent authority at the destination alone.
3. No Guarantee of Approval and No Affiliation With Authorities
The Company is a private, independent service provider. It has no affiliation with, representation of or authorisation from the Government of Israel, any foreign government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and it does not present itself as having any. The Company does not undertake, and cannot undertake, that an application will be approved, that it will be approved within any particular period, or that the customer will be permitted to enter the destination. The decision on an application, the scope of the authorisation, the length of stay permitted and the number of entries granted are at the sole discretion of the competent authority at the destination, and its decision is final. Even an approval that has been granted does not guarantee actual entry — the officer at the border crossing has the final say. Processing times shown on the Site are estimates based on the authorities' published schedules and may change without notice.
4. The User's Responsibility for the Accuracy of Details and Documents
The User undertakes to provide complete, true and accurate details, including names exactly as they appear in the passport, passport number, dates of birth and expiry, nationality, travel dates, address and contact details, together with authentic and valid documents. Providing incorrect, partial or false details, submitting a forged document or omitting material information — including a previous refusal, a revoked visa, a criminal conviction or a removal order — may cause the application to be refused, the authorisation to be cancelled, delay at the border or sanctions by the authority at the destination. Responsibility for this lies with the User alone, and in such a case no refund will be given. It is the User's responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for the period the destination requires, usually at least six months from the date of entry. The Company may refuse to handle an application, or stop handling it, where false details or a forged document are suspected, without prejudice to any other remedy available to it.
5. Prices, Government Fees and Payment
The price shown to the customer always consists of two separate lines: the Company's service fee and the fee charged by the authority at the destination. The service fee is the consideration for our work and includes VAT as required by law. The authority's fee is collected from the customer and passed on to the competent authority at the destination at cost, with nothing added by the Company. The amount of that fee is set by the authority alone, may change without notice and may be affected by exchange rates and by currency conversion charges applied by credit card companies. If the fee changes after payment and before filing, we will notify the customer and either collect or refund the difference. At some destinations the fee is paid directly to the authority at the border rather than to the Company; in those cases only the service fee is collected from the customer, and this is stated on the destination page. Payment is made when the order is placed, using the payment methods shown on the Site and subject to approval by the payment processor. An invoice is sent to the email address provided.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Our refund policy depends on when the cancellation is made and on who caused the problem, all subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. (a) Before filing — a customer who cancels their order before the application has been filed with the authority receives a full refund of the service fee and of any fee not yet actually paid to the authority. (b) Our mistake — if an application was refused or delayed because of a mistake we made in completing or filing it, we will refile it at our expense, and where it cannot be put right we will refund the service fee in full, together with the authority's fee to the extent the authority returns it to us. (c) After filing — the authority's fee cannot be refunded once the application has been filed and the fee paid to the authority, even if the application is refused, because the authority does not return it to the Company. The service fee is not refunded after filing, as the service has actually been performed. (d) Refusal by the authority — a refusal on the authority's own grounds, absent any mistake on our part, does not entitle the customer to a refund of the service fee or of the authority's fee. (e) Incorrect details from the customer — an application refused because of a detail or document the customer supplied incorrectly does not entitle the customer to a refund, and we will be glad to handle a refiling at a reduced rate. Refund requests should be sent to support@yallabye.co.il and will be handled within fourteen business days.
7. Service Delivery and Timelines
Immediately after payment, an order confirmation and a personal, secure link for uploading documents are sent to the email address the customer provided. Handling begins only once all the required documents have been received in full and in sufficient quality, and any delay in providing them extends the handling time accordingly. The processing times shown are counted from the moment the documents are complete. The authority's decision and the approval, if granted, are sent to that same email address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address, to check the spam folder as well and to tell us if no update has arrived. Failure to receive a message because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer does not entitle the customer to a refund. We recommend not purchasing non-refundable flights or travel services before the authorisation has actually been received, and the Company will not bear the cost of bookings made before it was granted.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Site, including copyright, trade secrets, trademarks, design, logo, software, forms, requirement summaries and text, are the sole property of the Site Management. It is forbidden to copy, duplicate, scrape, distribute, publish or make any other commercial use of the Site's content without explicit written permission from the Site Management. Information about requirements and fees is presented for the User's convenience only, does not constitute legal advice, and reliance on it is at the User's own responsibility.
9. Privacy and Information Security
In order to provide the service we collect and process personal and sensitive information, including passport details, photographs, dates of birth and travel details. The information is collected solely in order to prepare and file the application, and is transferred to the competent authority at the destination — the immigration authority, the embassy, the consulate or the authorised visa centre — as an inseparable part of the filing. Providing the information to the authority is a necessary condition for receiving the service, and once transferred it is governed by the law and policies of that authority, which are outside the Company's control. We do not sell personal information and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored using accepted measures, but the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access. Full details appear in our Privacy Policy. The User undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the Site, not to attempt to obtain access to information that is not theirs and not to circumvent its security mechanisms.
10. Changes to the Terms and to the Service
The Site Management may update these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time the order was placed, and an order already placed is governed by the version in force at that time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version. The Site Management may also add, change, suspend or discontinue destinations and services offered on the Site at any time, without prior notice and without liability to the User beyond a refund for a service that was paid for and not delivered. If an authority at a destination cancels an authorisation requirement, stops accepting applications from Israeli passports or changes the conditions after payment has been received, we will notify the customer and refund any amount not yet passed on to the authority.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS". Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Company gives no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damage, including loss of profit, a cancelled trip or the cost of flights, hotels or travel services, arising from the refusal of an application, a delay in handling it, a change in a foreign authority's policy, refusal of entry at a border crossing, a failure in third-party systems or force majeure. In any event, the Company's total liability to the customer is limited to the service fee actually paid for the application that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in this section derogates from rights that cannot be contracted out of under law.
12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Contact
These Terms and any matter arising from them are governed by Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction over everything relating to these Terms and to the services offered on the Site is granted solely to the competent courts in Be'er Sheva. For any question, refund request or enquiry regarding these Terms, you can reach us at support@yallabye.co.il.
