Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
In order to prepare and file a visa application on your behalf we collect: first and last name exactly as they appear in the passport, passport number, issue and expiry dates, nationality, date and place of birth, sex, home address in Israel, email address and phone number, travel dates and accommodation details at the destination. We also collect the documents you upload as the destination requires — a passport scan, a passport-style photo, travel insurance, employment or study confirmation, proof of funds, vaccination certificates and invitation letters. Some of this is considered sensitive information under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. Basic technical information about your use of the Site is also collected, as described in the cookies section. We do not store credit card details: payment is made directly with a licensed payment processor (Cardcom).
2. Why We Use the Information and Who It Is Passed To
The information serves a single purpose: preparing your visa application, checking it, filing it with the competent authority at the destination and contacting you about it. As part of the filing we transfer the details and documents to the immigration authority, embassy, consulate or authorised visa centre of the destination country — this is the heart of the service and a necessary condition for receiving it. Once transferred, the handling of that information is governed by that authority's policies and the law applying to it, which are outside our control. We also rely on infrastructure providers acting for us and bound by confidentiality (hosting, email delivery and payment processing). We do not sell personal information, do not rent it and do not pass it to third parties for advertising or marketing.
3. Information Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) and stored on secured servers, with access limited to the staff who need it in order to handle the application. Documents are uploaded only through a personal, single-use link sent to your email address. We will never ask you to send passport scans over WhatsApp, on social networks or in an open message. We take accepted security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep the application details and the authorisation received for as long as is needed to provide the service, to handle enquiries and refilings and to meet the accounting and legal obligations that apply to us. Passport scans and photographs are deleted from our systems once handling of the application is complete, and no later than twelve months from the date of filing, except where the law requires longer retention. You may ask for earlier deletion, subject to retention duties under law.
5. Cookies and Measurement Tools
The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — remembering your stage in the order, your language choice and payment security — and measurement cookies that help us understand how the Site is used and improve it. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but blocking the necessary ones may prevent an order from being completed.
6. Your Rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review the information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong or out of date and to ask for it to be deleted, and to receive a copy of the documents we transferred to the authority at the destination. Requests should be sent to support@yallabye.co.il and will be answered within 30 days. Please note: once an application has been filed with a foreign authority, deleting the information on our side does not delete it on theirs, and any request about that must be directed to them.
7. Contact
