What exactly do I get, and what do you actually do for me?

Ordering is two screens: on the first you pick a destination, a visa type and a processing speed; on the second you fill in the traveller details and pay. Right after payment we email you a secure link for uploading your passport and photo, and from there it is on us. A person reviews the application, fixes whatever needs fixing, completes the form on the immigration authority's official portal and submits it. When the approval comes back we email it to you as a file ready to print or show at the airport. You never touch a government website and never correspond with anyone in English.

Are you an embassy or a government body?

Accepted Answer

No. YallaBye is a private company that handles visa applications on behalf of customers, much as a travel agent handles a flight. We have no connection to any embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and we get no preferential treatment from them. The authorization itself is issued by the destination's authority, and by them alone.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

Accepted Answer

No, and nobody honestly can. Approving or refusing is entirely the decision of the destination's immigration authority, and anyone promising you approval is selling something they do not control. What we do commit to is that your application reaches them complete, accurate and free of the mistakes that cause most refusals. Even an approval is not a guarantee of entry — at the border the officer decides.

Why pay you when I could apply myself on the official site?

Accepted Answer

You can apply yourself, and that is perfectly legitimate — the official portals are open to everyone and we will not pretend otherwise. What you pay us for is one form in Hebrew instead of a portal in English, a human who checks the details before submission, and someone who chases the application until it comes back. If you are comfortable with government forms and have time to sit with it, save your money — genuinely.

How is the price built?

Two separate lines, always: the destination authority's fee, which we pass through exactly as it is with no markup, and our service fee. The service fee starts at ₪129 per traveller on the standard track, rises on the faster tracks, and is ₪299 for Egypt and ₪349 for China, where filing is consular and needs a full file. Both numbers are on screen before you pay, and you will never see them merged into a single figure. There is also a case where the authority's fee never passes through us at all: in Nepal it is paid at the counter in Kathmandu, and with us you pay the service fee only.

How long does it really take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the country, not on us. Electronic travel authorisations — the United States, the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Korea — take up to three working days. Most e-Visas run between three and five working days: Cambodia and Turkey up to three, India up to four, Vietnam and Cuba up to five. Tanzania takes up to ten working days, and so do China and Egypt, where filing is consular. Australia is the slowest of them all: up to 21 working days on the standard track and up to 14 on the express one. The time shown on the site is the total time until the approval is in your inbox, our review included, and it is counted from the moment we have all your documents. If the authority runs late we will tell you rather than go quiet.

What documents do I need to send, and how do I send them?

For most destinations a scan of your passport data page, a passport-style photo on a white background, your travel dates and your first night's address are enough. Consular destinations ask for more: Egypt also wants your Israeli ID and its appendix, an employment or study confirmation and a return ticket, and China adds proof of funds and one in-person visit to the Tel Aviv visa centre for fingerprints — we book that appointment and prepare the file. Documents are not uploaded before payment: right after you order we email you a secure link, and everything is uploaded from there, straight from your phone. A clear photo is fine, no scanner needed. Every destination page lists exactly what is required, before you pay.

What happens if my application is refused?

Accepted Answer

First we explain why. There is usually a stated reason, and quite often it can be re-filed with the right correction. If the refusal was caused by a mistake on our side, we refile at our own expense, and where it cannot be put right you get a full refund of the service fee. The authority's own fee never comes back to us and therefore cannot be refunded — that is true for anyone who files, including people who file for themselves.

I made a typo in my passport number. What now?

Accepted Answer

As long as we have not filed yet, message us on WhatsApp and we will correct it at no cost — this is exactly why there is a human check before submission. Once the application is with the authority it cannot be edited, and in most countries a correction means a new application and a new fee. That is why we compare every field against your passport scan before we hit submit.

Question 10

Do you handle families and groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add several travellers to the same order, and each traveller gets their own separate application and their own approval — that is how every immigration authority works. Pricing is per traveller for both the authority fee and the service fee, and even a baby needs their own passport and their own application. For groups of more than ten, message us on WhatsApp and we will settle it in one conversation.

Question 11

I fly in three days. How urgent can you go?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes we can. India, Sri Lanka, the United States and Azerbaijan have a one-working-day urgent track, and most electronic destinations have a two-day express track. But some authorities simply do not hurry: Vietnam does not issue in under three working days, China takes six working days even on the express track, and Australia takes 14 — no amount of extra payment changes that. Send us the destination and your flight date on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic.

Question 12

I am flying to Europe. Do I need ETIAS?

Accepted Answer

Not right now. ETIAS is not in force yet, and an Israeli passport enters the Schengen area today with no prior authorisation. So we do not sell it and we do not charge a shekel for it. Europe is on our destination list for information only, so you know what is coming, and the day the EU switches the requirement on we will say so on the destination page. Until then there is nothing to apply for and nothing to pay.

Is my passport data safe?

Accepted Answer

Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection, through a personal link sent only to your email address, and stored with access limited to the team handling your application. We use them solely to file your application with the destination's authority, and we never sell them or pass them to anyone else. We will never ask you to send a passport scan over WhatsApp or on a social network. Card details do not pass through us at all — they are entered on the payment provider's secure page.

On WhatsApp, through the green button at the side of the screen or directly at +972-55-503-1046. Real people answer, in Hebrew, usually within minutes. Question 15

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bit, on the payment provider's secure page. You pay both lines together in a single transaction — the authority fee and the service fee — and receive an invoice by email. One exception: for Nepal the authority fee is paid at the Kathmandu airport counter, in cash or by card, and not to us. There we charge the service fee only, so budget for that fee as part of the trip.
