Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and browser storage tools the site uses, why they are used and how you can choose whether analytics and advertising tools may run.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The site also uses local and session storage, which serve similar purposes such as remembering a choice or a stage in the order process.
2. Essential storage
Essential storage remembers the selected destination and product, restores a form draft, secures the connection and retains an affiliate referral code. Parts of the order process may not work without it. Campaign attribution and behavioural measurement require Analytics consent.
3. Analytics
If you approve Analytics, Google Analytics collects site usage information. Our internal measurement, when enabled, stores a random visit identifier in tab session storage, acquisition source, product, milestones and server-confirmed purchase amount. It does not identify you across devices or create a fingerprint. A visit renews after 30 minutes without measured activity or after 24 hours. Visit records are stored in Upstash for up to 90 days. Internal measurement excludes traveller details, form answers, documents, passport numbers, advertising click identifiers and URL query strings. Campaign labels are for business labels only. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and requests deletion of visit data. The identifier for a failed deletion request remains locally solely for retry, until completion or up to 90 days; a minimal server blocking record prevents in-flight requests from recreating the visit.
Microsoft Clarity
When configured, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand interactions through masked session recordings, heatmaps, clicks and scrolling. It loads only after Analytics consent on selected public content pages. Application, payment, order, document, cancellation and account pages are excluded. URLs with query strings or fragments and unsafe referring URLs are excluded. Page content has explicit masking, and Strict Masking is required in Clarity settings. Recording stops at in-page navigation until a new page is loaded. Clarity analytics storage follows Analytics consent, while advertising storage follows Marketing consent independently. Withdrawing consent updates Clarity and stops further collection; accessible first-party Clarity cookies (_clck and _clsk) are removed when Analytics consent is withdrawn. Clarity is used to understand behaviour and is not our source for purchases or revenue.
4. Advertising
If you approve advertising, Meta Pixel measures visits and conversion events to evaluate campaigns and create advertising audiences. Meta may associate the information with an account or device under its own policy.
5. Choosing and changing settings
Analytics and advertising tools do not load before an explicit choice. You may accept all, choose each category separately or continue with essential storage only. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in the browser and will be requested again periodically or after a material policy change.
6. Providers and international transfers
Google, Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta are external providers and may process information outside Israel. Their activation depends on your choice and is governed by their privacy policies. More information about providers, transfers and rights appears in our Privacy Policy.
