Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to YallaBye's handling and filing service and is in addition to consumer rights that cannot be waived under Israeli law.
1. Cancellation before filing
As long as the application has not been filed with the competent authority at the destination, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount paid to us.
2. After filing
Once the application has been filed and external processing has begun, cancellation depends on the stage reached, costs already paid and rights granted by law. Each request will be reviewed individually and no statutory consumer right is excluded.
3. Application not approved
If the visa application is not approved, we refund the full amount paid to us for the service. This does not apply where refusal was caused by incorrect or missing information, a false declaration or an invalid document supplied by the customer.
4. Our mistake or expedited service
If an application is delayed because of our error, we correct or refile it at our expense. If an expedited surcharge was charged and the visa did not arrive within the selected period, we refund that surcharge under the terms shown with the order.
5. Estimated processing times
Every number of days shown on the Site is an estimate only and is not a commitment as to when the visa will be received. A visa will usually arrive around the estimate shown, but the decision and its timing are controlled by the competent authority at the destination and may change because of public holidays, workload, reduced operations, additional review or a request for more information. A delay by the authority beyond the estimate does not by itself create a right to a refund, except for a refund of an expedited-service surcharge where the conditions in section 4 are met.
6. How to submit a cancellation
Email support@yallabye.co.il or message us on WhatsApp only at 055-503-1046. Include the full name, order number and contact method. The request date is the date on which it is actually received by us.
7. Refund timing
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within the period required by law. The time it takes to appear may vary by card issuer or payment provider.
