ESTA covers biometric passports and stays of up to 90 days only. If you were refused before, had a visa revoked, or have a criminal record, you need a B1/B2 embassy visa rather than an ESTA, and we check that with you before you pay.

The authority's fee is passed on to the destination authority at cost, with nothing added by us. The amount is set by the authority and may change — we show you the current figure before you pay. At some destinations, Nepal among them, the authority collects its fee itself at the airport counter. There you pay us the service fee only, and the fee stays with you for arrival.

We verify them against the official source before every filing, but the decision to approve or refuse an application rests with the authority alone and we cannot guarantee it. Even an approval is not a guarantee of entry — the officer at the border has the final say.
