The ETA is valid for two years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. Renew your passport and the old ETA is worthless — you have to apply again.

The authority's fee is passed on to the destination authority at cost, with nothing added by us. The amount is set by the authority and may change — we show you the current figure before you pay. At some destinations, Nepal among them, the authority collects its fee itself at the airport counter. There you pay us the service fee only, and the fee stays with you for arrival.

We verify them against the official source before every filing, but the decision to approve or refuse an application rests with the authority alone and we cannot guarantee it. Even an approval is not a guarantee of entry — the officer at the border has the final say.
