Cuba requires valid medical insurance from every traveller and checks it on entry, and you also need the online D'Viajeros form within 48 hours of landing. Note too that a visit to Cuba can disqualify you from a later US ESTA.

At some destinations, Nepal among them, the authority takes a payment of its own at the airport counter. That money goes to them and not to us, it is not part of the price here, and we state it on the destination page so you arrive with it.

Entry requirements, processing times and any payment the destination authority collects at its own counter are set by the authorities at the destination and can change without notice. We verify them against the official source before every filing, but the decision to approve or refuse an application rests with the authority alone and we cannot guarantee it. Even an approval is not a guarantee of entry — the officer at the border has the final say.
