What we will need from you

  • Passport scanA clear photo of the data page with all four corners inside the frame, valid for at least six months from your date of entry.
  • Travel datesYour planned entry and exit dates. They can still change as long as we have not filed yet.
  • Hotel or host addressName and address of your first night of accommodation. Staying with friends or family — their name, address and phone.
  • Return or onward ticketA booking confirmation showing that you leave the country before the authorization expires.
  • Travel insuranceA policy valid for the whole stay with medical cover. Some countries check it at the entry desk itself.

Documents are uploaded only after payment, through a personal secure link sent to your email. Never send passport scans over WhatsApp.

Price

From 259per applicant

The price shown beside each track is the price per applicant: it includes VAT and everything the filing requires, and we add no commission to it, neither at payment nor afterwards. At some destinations, Nepal among them, the authority takes a payment of its own at the airport counter. That money goes to them and not to us, it is not part of the price here, and we state it on the destination page so you arrive with it.

Entry requirements, processing times and any payment the destination authority collects at its own counter are set by the authorities at the destination and can change without notice. We verify them against the official source before every filing, but the decision to approve or refuse an application rests with the authority alone and we cannot guarantee it. Even an approval is not a guarantee of entry — the officer at the border has the final say.
